A high interest and high influence, who is also technical, stakeholder tells the program manager to setup a meeting to discuss PCBA requirements because the stakeholder questions why the SME on the team wants to design a PCBA instead of purchasing one.

The PM schedules a meeting and invites key people on the team along with 2 other PMs (who are also stakeholders and for their awareness).

The SME, after receiving the invite notification, tells the PM he invited too many people and that he, SME, will not attend since the meeting will be unproductive because there are too many people. The total attendees will be 8.

What would you do first and next?

Do we have access to the computer clock or a clock in the room if we take at Pearson? I would like to know the halfway point for each set. I like to compare where I am at with questions with respects to where I should be at, at the halfway point.

Also are the questions numbered or is it in percentage like SH?

I am the plaintiff. I took my ex-employer to court for not paying me on my last day at work. I sued for hours I worked, plus penalties and court fees.

The day of the trail, I explained the situation. My employer had not paid me for about 3 months after I quit and told him, I asked multiple times.

The defendants turn: He explained although he was late in paying, that he did pay he issues with the bank/zelle so he had to pay out of his own personal bank account.

The judge then asked me if I had any answer to what the defendants claims.

I started talking and about 1 min into my statement the defendant inrterupts and keeps talking. The judge then says he will review the case more and decide on the a decision.

Well the I got what I was owed and court fees but not the penalties ($2K). I felt it was unfair that I was not able to rebuttal the defandants claim because he interrupted and took most of the court time. I was going to ask for proof of the bank/zelle issue he had. And also he has other employees that he paid on time, after I quit. Why would I be the only one with him experiencing bank issues.

Any recourse on judges decision or appeal?

Can one perform anal dilation while having fissures and hemorroids? Will the fissures heal while if I am doing anal dilation or do I wait for the fissures to heal then dilate?
