I (middle aged male) began teaching an English class at a nice private school, and I attempted to help students reach their full potential and unleash their creativity with my unique teaching style. One of my students (teenage male) was really big into performance theatre, although his father was quite against it. He came up to me and asked what he should do, and I encouraged him to go against his father's wishes and pursue theatre. He absolutely killed his performance of Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream, and everyone had high hopes for his future. However, as I later found out, that very night, he took his own life, which I personally assume is because of how little choice his father was letting him have. His father blamed his death on me, and I shortly got fired from my position at the school. Almost all of his friends were on my side. They understood what I was trying to do and didn't blame me for what happened. Obviously though, I now feel guilty for what happened. So, AITJ? Is my student's death my fault?

Like do you not get horny, or not even find people physically attractive, or what?
