Getting error 1220 abnormal filament detected in extruder, contacted elegoo and they sent me a new hotend and 5 way assembly I installed it and it still is getting the same error I can only manually load filament by pushing it in while loading but it just won't do it all by itself I emailed elegoo back waiting for their reply just posting on here to see if anyone knows how to fix it, thanks

I am a beginner about to buy my first 1/10 kit I want to learn on something hard to drive and I'm leaning towards the d like lp86 sooo much it just seems so fun to learn I'm not expecting anything easy at all and I'm looking into a low powered brush setup since I've heard that the best option what do you guys think?
