This run went 4.42 @ 159.45 MPH in the 1/8 mile against a Pro Mod-style car at Toronto Motorsports Park. The car runs a 645ci Chrysler wedge with Indy heads and started life as a street car before turning into a serious big-tire Mopar drag car.
This was filmed at Toronto Motorsports Park in Cayuga, Ontario. The car is Pete Newman’s “Clockwork Orange” 1971 Plymouth Duster. It ran 5.55 @ 122.37 MPH in the 1/8 mile.
We haven’t confirmed the current engine combo yet, so I’m keeping it honest and just calling it a turbo Duster.
