The website says my refund was sent to my bank on May 13. I haven't received it. I called the number and it said to call my bank and hung up on me. I called back, and it said due to high volumes, they're not taking calls. So they don't do their job and I'm not able to call them? What the heck.

I tried to go to a few CVS stores this evening and they're all closed until tomorrow. What is going on?

Every time I do mine, my face stings a lot for most of the day. Does anything make that go away? I put on just plain hyaluronic acid afterward.
