Hi everyone, just bought my first car a Mazda 2 from 2009. It has 2 problems:

1. It leaks wiper fluid, but I think that is pretty easy to fix?

2. The big problem is that it consequently shows about 10 km/h too little even at a dead stop, how do I fix it? And is it expensive?

Any advice is appreciated!
