I’m looking for a motivated sales/business development person to join my growing digital agency on a commission-based basis.
We provide digital/technology services to businesses and are looking for someone who can help us find potential clients, start conversations, and close deals.

Find and reach out to potential clients
Generate qualified leads
Communicate with prospects and understand their needs
Present our services and help close deals
Build long-term relationships with clients
💰 Compensation
This position is commission-based initially, with the potential to earn up to $400+ per month, depending on performance and deals closed.
As the agency grows and you consistently deliver results, there is an opportunity to move into a permanent position with a fixed salary + commission.

Good English and communication skills
Confident talking to potential clients
Sales/business development experience is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable with commission-based work
Someone who is genuinely interested in growing with an agency long-term
