For those of you who are qualified tradespeople, what are your thoughts on someone obtaining a Certificate III through RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning)?
Do employers or other tradespeople view it differently compared to completing a traditional 4-year apprenticeship? In your experience, does it really matter, or is competence and experience more important than the pathway taken?
