Ge Hotpoint refrigerator side not cold

My freezer is cold and works like it should. no cold air is coming through the vent into the fridge. It defrost like it should. The evaporator fan is blowing strong the vent is open and clear I cleaned the coils in the back still no cold air coming into fridge any ideas?

Ge Hotpoint not cooling

My ge hotpoint is getting cold as expected on freezer side but air is not coming into the fridge. I replaced the defrost heater and thermostat the heater is working I watched it defrost.. The evaporator fan is blowing strong. There are no obstruction keeping the air from entering. I'm out of ideas
