The harm of stomach sleeping and how to get rid of this habit?

Hello, dear community members.
I've been sleeping on my stomach for many years now, knowing that this position is the most harmful for sleep, both for my cervical vertebrae and for the flow of energy in the body. But I can't fall asleep on my side or back. I've tried many times, but in the end I simply can't fall asleep, even all night.

But as soon as I roll over onto my stomach, I fall asleep in 5-10 minutes.

If anyone has experience with a similar problem, I'd be very grateful for advice on how to break this habit.

Is it possible to learn Qigong from videos on the internet?

Hello everyone! I'd like to learn a good Qigong exercise routine for wellness. I was recommended the 18-form Qigong Shibasi routine, saying it's suitable for beginners. There are a lot of videos and courses online on this topic. Can you tell me which of these routines can be safely learned from videos?

And can it even be effective without a live instructor who can correct you and point out any mistakes? What would you recommend?

Where I live, there are no Qigong courses where I can attend and practice under the guidance of an experienced instructor, so the internet is my only option.

Another option is to sign up for an online course via Zoom, but that's also questionable, as I work shifts and don't have a regular schedule.

I would be very grateful for your advices!

P.S. Can you also recommend another Qigong routine for beginners that might help improve gastrointestinal health?
P.P.S Sorry for my poor English; I'm using an online translator.
