Just putting this up there for anyone that doesn't religiously check for when the 1st printing of the last part of the series are coming. Still waiting for them.

Judge probably won’t like the answer I’m guessing.

However, something interesting is included.

Allie had tried to duck her deposition saying unavailable. Then 2 days before it decided she can make it.

When asked under oath what were her reasons for originally being unavailable, she offered she had no other commitments that would have kept her from the date.

Will Judge Gildea take notice of that “fact”?

I’m starting to lower my rating on him as a judge. As he does nothing to move the Colin Albert thing along at all. Gives them unlimited time and no urgency to find out Colin’s availability.

He also has started to take more and more shots at Read’s team without any other similar ire directed at other lawyer that is playing similar/worse games.

This might start coming to a head soon with his most recent demand for the Read team to explain their “getting away with ducking subpoenas” talk. Which is kind of funny considering these two orders where he is giving MSP and Albert more time.

Did he really only tell his lawyer he was going away for “work”? I mean Tuxbury if that is what he told you when you hade already filed a defamation case with him as a plaintiff, you really might want to reconsider everything.

Only recording I can find for this because they went last minute to "in person only".

But man Proctor's lawyer's arguments will make your blood boil. He makes a "privacy" and "defamation" argument with a straight face.

(Edit - there are apparently potentially whatsapp and/or snapchats. Hard to know because the lawyers are not always accurate with how they reference technology stuff)

The wife only released the texts once she needed them to help her divorce. But once again, people need to open their eyes as to how much racist and white supremacy stuff is distributed throughout policing.

What I find interesting here is the note that the letter was dated such that it was enough for the judge to call out it should have been brought up earlier.

I think all lawyers in this case should start to pay attention to any word games they are playing. This judge I think is ready to start putting harsher terms on people.

Dumb to do your own side deposition when you knew this was going on and to do it outside the normal rules.
