Hi, I got a job in Plano (east Plano from what I understand) and I’m looking for the best places to buy a house. I have two kids so schools are very important.

I was looking at new construction in Wylie and McKinney for under 600k what are you guys thoughts?

Also how much is home insurance in the area I keeping reading it over $400 a month

Edit: based on the advice I’m definitely going to be checking out exiting homes in Allen, Plano and Frisco

I got a job in Plano TX and Im looking to buy a house, thought my research I’ve ended up with communities in McKinney the first is painted trees and the second is trinity falls. In terms of commute, I’m willing to commute up to 30-40 minutes a day.

How are the schools since that’s very important to me and how accessible are those two communities to shopping centers.

Also how accepting are people in the area to people from the Middle East?
