OTLK will bleed even further. Maybe to the .50s by end of August. Tell me why I should not sell with a loss!

I hold 15k shares at $1.37, I want this stock to squeeze upwards as much as everybody, but I’ve seen this crap before. I am holder on DVLT also and this is exactly what happened. It slowly bled and bled and bled downward. I’m really thinking about taking some loss and selling it by end of this week. Please tell me why I should hold when the company has to raise so much money and the only way out is R/S and dilution. Please talk me out of this. Don’t give me bullish scenarios. Just give me a moderate scenario. I’ll never be able to break even if they R/S.

OTLK - Fed decision

Hey Guys, I have about 15k shares of OTLK at 1.37$.
I’ve been holding since last year and held during the CRL. This time I want to be more cautious as I want to use the money somewhere else. So as the decisions comes after hours all the time, is there a way as a retail investor on Robinhood I can have after hours stop loss to ensure I’m not holding a back in case of another CRL or denial. Please suggest what I should do. Or any indication on the 29th that it would fail the decision? Like if the approval doesn’t come till 4 pm is that a red flag ?

DVLT Investment

I have about 10k shares at $1.4 and I don’t mind adding another 5k shares but don’t know what’s the right time to average down. It has been going down consistently in the past 6 months. I believe in it long term but I’m scared of a reverse split. I feel like if there is a reverse split this stock is done.
what’s a realistic timeline for it to start delivering meaningful execution and translating its vision into tangible results? And what on earth is happening in July that I should look forward to ?
