What level/grade guitarist do you need to be to attempt this piece?

Why is there such a big deal made over this?
I have tuned harps, lyres and 12 string guitars (I know guitars are easy) over the years.
I understand with pianos breaking a string or a tuning pin can become costly in time & money but many lyres I have tuned, you also have to be very delicate with the tuning pins as the slighest rotation can shift up a half tone or too much and strings start breaking. You also have to do a second/third pass on lyres with new strings.
I had a piano tech out tuning my piano a few weeks back and I enquired about getting my own tuning hammer/kit and he was adamant that one shouldnt even attempt it as "so much can go wrong" and you need "at least a year of training". Like I know there are way more strings and you need to mute adjacent strings but is it really so difficult? He was using an app as well to tune to, not by ear. What exactly am I missing here?
What's the story with this weather man lately on RTE...he sounds like he's out of breath and struggling to do his weather report. Is he ok?
Surely one of the other 4 weather presenters could cover him if he is not well?
What was your favourite snippet of conversation you happened upon this weekend? I'll start.
Walking in the vicinity of the Heinekin Garden where the DJ is blaring Don't stop believin', I walked past two girls and one goes to the other: "OMG I cant believe Journey are playing here".
I laughed and they noticed.
Share em folks.
Can anyone name the song he plays after Fur Elise, please (last song)

Hi,
I was working in Munich all week and now I'm stuck here for the weekend (long story). I have seen the sights and hanging to play some guitar now. I went into a few guitar shops during the week but after 20 mins they want you out if you are not buying. Is there any youth club or music facility where it's open for people to go in and freely play on an instrument?
Help!!
I was gifted a very old piano months ago and decided to start learning it recently. It was fully refurbished yeara ago by the previous owner and I got someone out to retune it a few weeks back. They said if they brought the piano up to standard there was a risk of many strings breaking so we decided to leave it down a semitone.
Am I shooting myself in the foot by learning on a piano like this? Will my ear develop wrong because of this? Like I have a transpose software that can alter pitch of any youtube videos so I can play along with songs I want but if I want to learn to read music I will start associating the wrong notes I hear with corresponding notes half a step up.
Thoughts, is this a bad idea?
