I've had this betta fish for about 5 months now, he looked a little rough when I got him and I've treated him for fin rot (for 2 weeks) but he didn't improve. A few months ago I went out of town for a couple days and when I came back he had developed a white spot that got bigger and bigger. He's kinda back to normal? but he's still not really growing any new fins, he's allegedly a crowntail. He's also got more black on his face now. Should I start fin rot treatment again or is this something else? Water is testing normal and he's totally normal behaviorally.
