Just started making cutting boards. This is my fourth one. Purple Heart and Padauk. Any criticisms welcome. Oiled with cutting board oil. 10x17x1.6

Brick house built in 1972. Need advice on cracking observed in brick and mortar. I’ve seen from some research that these types of cracks can be a major issue, and this got me concerned. Should I be concerned about this? Anybody have any advice, or repair tips?

The house is in Ohio for context, and I’ve lived here about three years. Probably should have checked on this before now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I backed into my garage with the hatch open. Broke the trim piece off. Can I somehow patch this up enough to hold? Excuse the messy license plate blackout please.
