[HIRING] Video Editor for a Faceless Geopolitics YouTube Channel (Long-Term)

Hey everyone,
I'm planning to start a faceless YouTube channel focused on geopolitics, history, and international affairs. I'll be handling all the research and scriptwriting myself, and I'm looking for an editor interested in growing with the channel over the long term.
The videos will be around 4–5 minutes long, with a simple documentary style. Think channels like Economics Explained and Caspian Report — image-driven storytelling with stock footage, maps, screenshots, subtitles, and background music rather than heavy animation.
Workflow
- I'll provide the completed script.
- I'll also provide reference videos, reference channels, and ideas for the types of images and visuals I'm looking for, so you won't have to figure everything out from scratch.
- Your role would mainly be sourcing suitable visuals (Pexels, Pixabay, Wikimedia Commons, etc.) and putting together an engaging edit.
Upload Schedule
Initially, I'm planning on 1–2 videos per week.
Budget
I'm just starting out, so the budget is limited to ₹500 per video. I know it's not a lot, and I completely understand if it's not something you'd be interested in.
I'm mainly looking for someone for a long-term collaboration. If the channel grows, I'd like the editor to grow with it, and naturally the budget would increase over time.
If this sounds interesting, feel free to DM me with some of your previous work or sample edits. If not, no worries at all, and thanks for reading! 🙏
