Slope sanity check

Did my own Waterproofing I’m just trying to get a sanity check here that the slope will be OK. It’s about 60 inches long. The close-up reference of the level is from the long level stick in the second picture.

I use the Schluter shower tray pan and check that my floors were leveled before putting it down. The closer you get to the train seems to be better.

DIYer here for advice

Going to be doing my flooring in my house. I got engineered hardwood which I had planned to put underlayment then glue the tongue and groove (so floating)

I put a laser along my wall just in 1 room and noticed the huge difference around the room… for example laser reference point to the floor varied from 3 1/2 to 4 7/8 inches… so about 1-1/2 inch variance. It’s a subfloor (advantech).. I know the other room will have similar issues too

I was looking at many people doing self leveling compound but trying to see what my other options are. Should I try to shim it instead with plywood boards?

It’s my first time so I want something easy and effective. Here’s a reference of my room btw I did the measurements in.

Thank you.

Hey, I can’t seem to find a solution. I have two Pella sliding doors and only one of them I’m having trouble with aligning the lock to the hinge and there’s usually a place you can stick your screwdriver into adjust the height of the sliding door at the bottom when you take the plastic cap off, but I can’t find it inside. My screwdriver is long enough.

I remember the person installing the door was adjusting them so not sure if they threw something off but anyone here have experience.

Any idea ?

I’m in East Tennessee. Found it on my pillow.

I do work outside and possibly can get it via brush.

Also have a cat that goes in and out .
