April 18: Applied for the $14/month contract + $15 iphone pro max
April 20: received contract. No tracking for iPhone
April 27: Called Fido and was confirmed by the agent that it will be honored. Tracking will be available in a week
May 05: Nothing received. Called again and once again, was told that they will honor it and it will take 24-48 hours.
May 06: Received a call from Fido back office. Was told that my phone and plan had to be cancelled. While on the phone with this agent, another agent from the back office called me. Awkward silence between two agent as I merge the calls together and asked why no communication is happening within themselves.

They could do anything and was advised to request for a contact under unresolved concern, maybe someone from the president team will be able to do something. Reload Fido app, plan shows $27/month, no more phone. The $27/month was the last one before the $14.

Received a call from the unresolved concerns request, was advised by her that the plan doesn’t exist and she had given me an attractive plan which is the $27/month. I corrected and told her to check my history. The plan was a revert to the old contract not something she gave me. She got embarrassed and started giving me other options that I was already offered on the app. I told her I’m gonna file ccts and she said I have the right to do it. I hung up her call right after she was trying to say that fido terms and conditions allow them to cancel the plan anytime.

Submitted CCTS for the $14 but when i reopen my fido app, she changed my plan from $27 to $45 without my authorization.

What’s my next course of action? I think she got angry that hung up her call and she just removed my plan.
