Silverquill the disputant B3 aristocrats deck advice

I'm looking for advice on my Silverquill aristocrats deck. It focuses on having deploying synergy pieces early rather than ramping to cast Silverquill as early as possible to reduce reliance on the commander. The deck's primary game plan is to set up an aristocrat, and a sac outlet and then use silverquill to copy a big token generation spell like [[will of the mardu]] or [[deploy to the front]] to quadruple my creature count. Then sac my board to drain the table

I'm looking for suggestions on cards under ~10$.

Cards in the sideboard are cards that I'm considering cutting.

How to deck build to be better at politics

I tend to build decks that quickly become the archenemy, then take a couple turns to allow the other players to stop me. I enjoy this play pattern and I enjoy playing the villain of a commander game, but I would like to challenge myself to build a deck that tries to work together with the rest of the table to defeat a potential archenemy then sweeps ahead to win from the ashes.

Some of patterns I fall into that reinforce this cycle.

-using removal that hits multiple players simultaneously eg. [[soul shatter]] [[riptide gearhulk]]

-building decks that move very quickly to a dominant position then convert to a win over a couple turns.

-taking joy in using removal. I just love shooting someone's favorite guy in the head

-having a reputation of being this kind of player

I'm not super concerned about winning more games. I just want to expand my deck building and political skill.

Is it normal for it to feel really satisfying to pronate and supinate their wrist? I try not to do it too much, but if I start it feels really satisfying and it's hard to get myself to stop.

A lot of different activities to do, many diverse routes to progress, and relentless time pressure that makes it feel like there's never enough time to get everything done. I want to feel the opportunity cost of every action I take

I've been playing a barbarian through Icewind dale for a couple months now and have just hit level 8. After playing the class for a while I've found that the level 7 features giving advantage on initiative and an additional 20 feet of movement when I rage were significantly more impactful than I thought they would be. They let me consistently win initiative and get to the enemies in one turn without needing to dash.

A feature I overrated before I used it was the level 3 feature primal knowledge. It does come up fairly often, but spending a rage just to get ~+3 and advantage on a skill check is a much steeper cost than I first expected
