High eshit tryn jam

I have such an extreme passions to do things like journalism and music but I’m so fucking tired all the fucking time

And sitting down n doing things like music theory study is almost impossible but I just want to know is it really a lack of discipline? Because I can go and do any type of hard physical labor/work for 12 hours a day no problem but to just sit still and study I just can’t fucking do it and it’s ruining my dreams , haven’t made any progress in years , but it also feels like I’m just making an excuse because it’s an “invisible disability” , sometimes I just think I’m being a bitch , but sometimes the symptoms of diagnosis GENUINELY resonate with me
