I found my moms old canon camera from 2006. I’m not too sure what happened to the screen does anyone know if it would still work and if it’s worth buying a battery charger to test it out?

Green? Hazel? Gray?
Also idk why around my eyes are yellow. It’s been like that for years and years if anyone knows why… please let me know how to get rid of it lol
