I ordered a new watch from Xfinity Thursday, it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I knew that the package had to have a signature. So I told my wife to wait for it. A little after 12 yesterday, I received a notification saying that no one was here with a note on the door. Someone was HERE. whenever I'm expecting something, my wife always makes sure that she's on the lookout for it. So I called FedEx to see if I could get them to HOLD the package until the next day and I would come get it. They started that xfinity did not ALLOW for packages that require signatures to be held for pickup. Ugggg. The note said that it would be redelivered today. Waiting around for it myself, they sends another Notification saying that the apartment number/address is incorrect. Now I'm pissed. FedEx is the world's worst delivery service EVER. UPS is far better, in my option. So now I'm having to wait around tomorrow to see if they will deliver it. So yesterday they can find my assortment but today they can't????? Don't make ANY sense.
