Need real advice guys

This is going to be long post

So this year initially my plan was to get into a pvt college in my budget (80-90) but I see those colleges, and they are literally not worth the money . Mbbs abroad was never in my mind coz I don't know I wanted to just be in india . But then I saw few universities just as a backup and they have such good infrastructure at like a better budget . Waise bhi tab tk NEXT aajayegi , and I'm good at studies, (neet fck up hogya , ik chill) . Toh FMGE bhi deni padti toh i would have been okay but now my parents are like NEXT toh sabke liye hi hai . Why are we still going for shitty mbbs colleges with no faculty, no infrastructure. Just kyun ki bahar se kiya toh society bolegi ki neet nhi hua isiliye gye ???

22 lakh bachhe dete hai neet , aur kitni hi seats hai bhai saarein courses mila bhi lo toh !!

Baaki bache bhi toh deserve krte hai ki they get to do something they always wanted to do .

Baaki sab i will ensure ki nmc recognised University ho ,etc etc . Par apart from that , why shouldn't i go out .

Research opportunities for students pursuing mbbs abroad

I am planning to go to a good medical University abroad this year and I have always been into research. When I come back to India every year during my break I want to apply for research internships. Will I be eligible as an mbbs abroad student , what are the opportunities I can avail , also i want to get to know Indian healthcare system while doing my mbbs . So does that happen in india . I will ofc connect with my faculty in my university for such opportunities but is there other way ?
