College attached with District hospital
Long post but please read it,i really need advice.
I'm doing dnb dermatology in peripheral Gov clg of maharashtra, every morning i wake up with the thought of quitting, Toxicity is not much.But we 2 are the first batch here and we both are from other states, No SR, 2 contractual JR 3, one is 60 years old not interested in anything other than gossip and one is about to leave, 1 Assistant professor thinking of leaving in 2-3 month, No Associate professor, One HOD mostly busy in administrative work.
STD, Leprosy, OPD, Nursing station, examination all in one small room. So no procedure at all.No IPD as HOD told us that IPD is not mandatory for dnb.New College and Hospital are under-construction.Only anesthesia and pedia seats are there.
Lasers are there but inaugration is pending since 3 month. New Hospital construction completed by 1-1.5 year as of now...they told me 6 -10 month at the time of our joining.its very difficult hold hope.please help.
