Feeling stupid on money transfer services and travel
My friend (let’s just call them “friend”) is trying to get me back to the U.S, however I am extremely stupid and I blow things out of proportion sometimes. I’ve seen people have problems with Gcash and the Maya app where sometimes funds become untraceable, putting money in the account and can’t access it because you’re a foreigner, not having proper identification to use the money transfer and banking services here. FYI I came here as a minor with my U.S passport and now I have overstayed here and I have to pay the overstay fee. I’m about to turn 20 soon and yeah I’m kinda young so I’m timid about all this stuff. Trying to figure out how to use the Victory Liner, seeing what taxis are tourist taxis, trying to see how not to spend any more money that I can. Right now I have my friend’s debit visa linked to my iPhone but I don’t know how well supported the apple pay is here. Also, technically I am here illegally and I am SUFFERING.
Edit: also thought that I could waiver the overstay fee if I renew my expired filipino passport, but yeah no technically can’t do that.
