Hello all. I am new to this group. I will try to keep my background short. My grandparents gave me my first cigarette and alcohol drink before I was ten years old. I am 44 now, and I quit for two months a few years ago. I am smoking more now than ever, about two packs a day. I cut back now and then, but it is short lived. Struggled with depression and anxiety for most of my life and I know there is no perfect time to quit. Anyone have any advice/tips?
