Second monitor crash problem / mouse freezing
so a week ago i cleaned my setup and upgraded my second monitor i didnt really touch the pc just the monitor before that the pc worked really good i got no problem at all and now every time i put a video/discord stream or wathever or my second monitor it freeze if im lucky it do not crash but most of the time it crashes so then u turn off my pc and when i turn it back on my second monitor do not work i need to go to the device manager and turn my graphics card back on because somehow it disables i have NO IDEAS how this is happening i tried searching everywhere and found nothing so if u can help me im taking any ideas also lively wallpaper is struggling to work and also signal rgb is struggling sometimes
i have another problem with my mouse who just freeze every second randomly it can work nicely for 2 days then randomly "crashes" when i restart my pc its working again
all that can be related to my graphics card its an rx7900XT from sapphire because its the only part i got problem with everything seems to be working normally
i really hope someone can help me solving these issues

9800X3D
RX7900XT
32GB RAM
1TB SSD AND 512GB EXTERN DISC
Also my pc is like 8 month old and i build it myself
