Realizing my ex was a total dirtbag and how to cope
Long story short my ex was in DMs of his old girlfriends and hookups and after we broke up over it and he gaslit me saying I’m too anxious and controlling he hooked up with two different girls the next day.
The thing that is bothering me is the day before we broke up he told me a story about how he would secretly records himself having sex with women before we met and show the recordings to his friend. I know a couple of the girls he did it to- found them on FB and wonder he’s probably doing it again and did it to me. Do I just let this go?
