New user, trying to do my research. I was looking at Rybelsus and was also offered Foundayo. Essentially, with my life it makes more sense to not have to store anything in the fridge so I know I want the pill version.

It looks like Foundayo is brand new, so I'm a bit nervous about that option. Does anybody have experience with either of these options? How did they go?

I've been considering getting a walking pad for a while, but I live above people in an apartment. I usually go to the apartment gym, but machines are pretty limited there so half the time I walk there and then everything is busy so I'm wasting time.

Is anybody able to speak to the noise of using the walking pad? Specifically between floors?
