Wanting to add another Seamaster to the collection. I’ve really learned to appreciate and have just started collecting various different seamasters. The Peter Blake is next. This watch will be in a rotation of many watches and may get a day or two or a week or couple of weeks, but not everyday.

I just replaced a battery on my brother’s watch in minutes while I wait months for my 2531.80 to come back from servicing and thought maybe I should pick up a quartz on my next older seamaster. Not an option on the newer ones….

What do you guys think? I don’t resell my watches and not really a movement snob. Will I regret buying a quartz later?
