I don't have an issue with that content being available, hell I'm glad we're free to mod the game in such ways without any practical barriers. My issue is how much of it is there, and what it actually is

Have a mod that makes it so every female NPC isnt a never-nude, having absolutely nothing covering whenever all armor is removed! These mods are required for your modpacks btw!!"

have you noticed how much more people have been acting like asshats in the last decade or two? i feel like that cant be an accident. Yeah, people tend to focus more on negative things more than positive, but i feel like thats more an issue of negative things being WAY more common now than ever
