I recently thrifted this, this is a addon for the SNES which could rip games. but the significance is that there is a mention of hong kong 97 in it, waaay before any sort of mainstream that game had. any help on documenting this or figuring out its worth or origins?

DOES anyone know how obscure this is and how to document it? it’s from 1994 and has mentions of hong kong 97. there little to no mention of this online
