How do we book hostel rooms ?

Please guys explain the process of booking rooms in hostel.

I am sure that I will get any cse department in bmsit in round 3 but I want the cse core. So what if I report the college in round 4 ? Like will the hostel rooms still be vacant ?

What should I do ?

As u guys know jss stu cse seats are decreased this year in the provisional seat matrix. Now I was aiming for ece in dsce. What should I do now ? Because the seat decrease will also impact other colleges' cut offs. Will i still get it ? My rank is 132xx. If there are other options u think will be better then please feel free to share.

Is it a scam or blessing ?

So i am resident of maharashtra and given mht cet and secured 96.5 percentile. Now my parents wanted that I should I get VIT Pune CSE. But as u guys can realise it is not possible with my percentile.

Now one of my cousin does job in Pune so my mom sent him to VIT Pune to inquire about what are my chances of getting admitted to VIT Pune in CSE branch.

Now after his meeting with them they told that may be through institutional admission i will get it (in simple words management quota or donation) Now my cousin got a no. from the website and sent it to my mom.

My mom contacted the guy at that no. that guy is telling that I will get admission in VIT Pune CSE Core in the spot round. He told his name as Kishan. And yesterday morning he called again and said "aapka cse core mai seat fix ho gya hai". He is telling that he is from AI/ML department on a junior post. For me I feel that guy is a scam. We can get college through merit not through some person working there. Through i don't trust him my mom and dad have started to trust him. Please enlighten me should I go ahead to trust him ?

Also i am getting one of the top 5 college in Karnataka located at Bangalore through comedk exam.

Should I take BIT Bangalore CSE ?

I have secured 132xx rank in comedk. So is it good to take BIT Bangalore or there are better college other than this ? JSS STU is good but anything in Bangalore would be good.

How much reliable are the previous years data regarding cut off ?

Many people are saying that the cut off of final rounds this year will drastically change. Is it true ? Like how much the rank can fluctuate ?

Personally I have scored 132xx rank and aiming for ece in dsce (i have personal interest in ece) so can I be sure or i am in a danger zone ? The last year cut off of ece branch in dsce was 17651.

Which branch should I consider in which college ?

I secured 13.2k rank and there is this college predictor called oviguide i used to predict these colleges. Tell me according to u which will be the best option. Earlier I was thinking about ece at dsce many people saying it is not worth it.

How JSSTU CSE branch ?

I am thinking to join JSSTU CSE. Please write your honest and blunt reviews. In Google it is showing CSE avg package as 12-13 lpa. Is it good enough ? Like i can get DSCE ECE branch too.

BTW I scored 86 in 9s2
