Shadow sheath with poisoned weapon

Quick question, im new to the system so I don't know much about rulings yet. Could you store your weapon in the Shadow Sheath with an injury poison aplied to it during daily preparations in order to create from thin Air with the poison?

Thanks in advance.

Is Exemplar dedication too strong on a kineticist

Hello everyone, im new to Pathfinder and have been looking at the rules and classes for the past week or so. In my group we have been playing dnd for some years now and we saw some pf2e rules were peak and were looking to potentially change game systems.

We like optimized builds and theory crafting, specially me, but im not looking for that now for It is our first time with pf2e. Im looking to recreate the first dnd character I created, and both the exemplar and the kineticist work in flavor. I was thinking about a mono-air kineticist for lightning wielding and movility and taking exemplar dedication at level 2 as in the Lore of the character he has a relic he stole and I think the flavor is pretty cool for that to be his ikon and it would also give some more options for when up close and variety to the gameplay which I enjoy.

Now, the problem is I saw online that people said exemplar dedication was Broken and too strong. My question is if that is also the case when playing an Air kineticist or if it goes more for the power it gives martial classes. Im looking to build a strong character, but not to break the balance nor exploit Broken gimics. I would apreciate feedback from you as I am new to the system. Thanks in advance.
