Hi everyone :)

I’m 24 years old, 170 cm tall, and weigh 78 kg.

On a typical day, I get around 5k steps just from daily activities (work, normal routine). I’m not very active beyond that.

I’m currently trying to lose weight and wondering if eating around 1500 kcal per day is okay for me. Anything below that makes me very hungry. To be honest, I’m already a bit hungry even at 1500, but I feel like I could stick to it.

Also, do I need to increase my steps or add extra activity for weight loss?

I’m not really into the gym or structured workouts, and I had surgery about a month ago, so I can’t lift heavy or do intense exercise right now.

Would really appreciate your advice or experiences 🙏
