We’re building AI systems for service businesses and currently looking for someone who genuinely wants to grow with us on the content side long term.

What we need:
- Comfortable on camera
- Fluent in English/Hindi
- Can create short-form content/reels
- Understands founder/startup/business content
- Not camera shy

This is currently commission/profit-share based since we’re still in the early startup phase, so I want to keep everything transparent from day one itself.

Right now I genuinely cannot offer upfront payment from day one. Payments would start once clients start closing from our side.

For the first few clients, your fixed share would be 10%.

Once things become stable and we consistently start closing around 4-5 clients monthly, upfront payments + stable monthly structure + per client % will naturally be added as we scale further.

And yes, we already understand the value content can bring long term. Content is one of the biggest reasons brands scale faster and build trust properly, which is exactly why we’re investing time into building this side early as well.

From your side, we’d expect:
- 2 quality reels per week
- Availability whenever needed for discussions, meetings or changes
- Someone reliable enough to actually build with
