I’m a panjabi from the lehnda side but born and raised in the UK. In the past few years I’ve got to know my culture and be proud of it a lot more. I was speaking to an uber driver who was a Rajahsthani man married to a panjabi hindu. When I asked him about his wife being panjabi he was like “no we are hindu she isn’t panjabi she just speaks Punjabi because she’s from Chandigarh ”. I was so confused so I asked a few minutes later and he was adamant that his wife was in fact not panjabi but hindu. It irritated me a lot but I left it as he was an older man and I didn’t want to be disrespectful. But is it common for hindu panjabis to not claim being panjabi?

I’m a 18m that’s about 5’10 and have grown approximately an inch in the last year and was wondering if there’s any ways to increase my height any more, I was also wondering how DHT affects growth and secondary sexual characteristics such as penile growth and facial hair and how important DHT is. For my ethnic background, I have way less than average facial and body hair but my lower body is extremely hairy. My length is a bit above average but my girth is a bit below average. Can I still grow? I started puberty at 15 so nearly 3.5 years ago.
