Worst Case Scenario for Early Resolution when charged with Speeding (Hamilton, Ontario)

So I got a speeding ticket where the speed was reduced at roadside and wanted to go to early resolution after getting the disclosure. Here is the original post (https://www.reddit.com/r/legaladvicecanada/s/qCXAVAFgzX) I called the official office and they said they can provide a disclosure for early resolution.

What is the worst case scenario for early resolution, I’m getting some conflicting information I thought when I go to early resolution I’m basically admitting to the charge so worst case scenario I get charged with the lower speed. I thought the opposite is only possible when I go to trial. Asking because I got the following message from someone who said that the outcome if I go early resolution could be worse in the beginning and in later messages not shown (https://www.reddit.com/u/Friendly\_Rip\_5212/s/k5Z4jGQiEE)

Early Resolution and Disclosure For Speeding (Hamilton, Ontario)

I’m searching the subreddit and google and I’m seeing different things can I request the officer notes via disclosure before early resolution?

In the notes does the officer note down the speed he said you were driving (I’m asking this because he quoted me a speed which I think is off)?

How common is to reduce the ticket that is 15 kmh over during early resolution (was reduced by officer prior) over to a charge that won’t affect insurance (never got pulled over before and have been driving for years but I’m a G2 driver and got charged with not showing my licence)

I have read quite a few posts and comments about LA Fitness some of them are positive but some are negative and the later have the same themes (overcrowding, unclean, broken machines)

I wanted to ask is this still the case? And if I go at 5am will I avoid any rush, I also wouldn’t need to use the showers/change rooms as I would just go home and do so. I just need to use a gym that has a weight room and an indoor basketball court during early mornings and is located in north Oshawa and is decent with minimal rush during the early hours. (The downtown options with basketball courts are too far for me and delpark doesn’t offer it but let me know if there are other options)

Thanks
