Having a lot of strange issues with windows 11 and secure boot, unsure what else to do.
As the title says, I'm having a few mixed issues all stopping me from solving them and I'm at a loss after a few days of google. I'll start from the top, my computer cold boots perfectly fine. It's quick and I can get right into windows without issue. If I use the restart function in windows, boot into the bios and try and restart that way or use a windows update that requires a restart it will boot to the ASRock Logo and then not post a display. I believe the error codes I'm getting are 2 solid reds on DRAM and VGA. This leads into my second issue which is Core Isolation will not stay turned on. I can turn it on and shut down and cold start and it will remain on until the next time I get caught at a restart and I have to repeat the process to turn it back on. Third issue, at some point I fucked up my bios secure boot keys and now if I turn it on I get stuck in a loop of "Invalid signature" errors and the secure boot options all get greyed out so I can't turn it off to stop the errors. I have circumvented that by turning on Legacy CSM, failing to boot into bios three times which for some reason gives me back access to Secure boot settings, I turn it off and I turn off Legacy CSM and I can boot back into windows but without secure boot active. I cannot play a few games because of this and have been banging my head against a wall. Please Help.
