I’m creating a Samoan character but Samoa isn’t an option for hometown. In the immortal words of The Hurricane, “What’s up wit dat?”

I can’t get past 90.9% explored on the Array Channel. I have all 8 collectibles. For the life of me I can’t figure out what’s not explored. Any ideas?
