Hi guys, I love Persian culture and people and I would love to have some Persian friends, I'm offering Arabic and long-term friendship

My friend is coming from Canada and I need a laptop or iPad. If I ask her to bring it for me from there, will the prices be lower than what she would get from Canada, or will it not make a difference?
