I've done some research and am reading conflicting information on this. Would I be able to do a single male apisto borelii in a 60L (15 gallon) 50x35x35cm tank that's filterless? I'd very heavily plant and do soil in bags capped with sand as substrate. Also would run a small usb water pump for movement and aeration too
