I think Crossover AMOLED got the Synaptics GPS chip?

Can anyone confirm? The firmware versions seem to match Synaptics and not the older Airoha chip.

Instinct 3 45mm solar - fw 14.15, GPS 16.01

Instinct Crossover AMOLED - fw 14.15, GPS 7.11

Fenix 8 (which is confirmed Synaptics) fw 22.38, GPS 7.11

Instinct GPS differences

Is this a Garmin error? Why would specific Instinct models not support QZSS and Beidou? they use the same Airoha GPS chip.
