who makes the best custom slow/controlled glasspad?

i play games like valorant and csgo and i cant stand the inconsistency of cloth so i want a glass pad, one that's relatively slow/controlled, thin, has rounded edges, and that lets me add a HIGH QUALITY custom design, i know it doesnt sound like a good idea but my friend got a fairly fast glass mousepad and he's better than ever at valorant

if there's no slow custom glasspad then just suggest the highest quality custom glasspad in general and some slow mouse skates to go with it, i've heard the Obsidian Pro Air's are pretty slow and make fast glasspads feel extremely controlled, true or false?

5800x vs 7500x3d in gaming?

my friend wants to build a PC and he originally wanted to get a 7500x3d(are there better cpus for 180€?) and a 9060xt, but now he thinks he should buy my old parts cause he doesn't want to make his parents spend a lot of money since it's a gift from them, but they have said they are willing to spend 1270€ so idk if he should get my parts since the original 7500xd and 9060xt build that i recommended him would match the price they allowed

i have a 3070 ti which i agreed to sell him for 200€ since the cheapest 9060xt is 330€ + they perform the same, and the 9060xt in his price range only has 8gb of vram aswell, which would be perfectly fine anyways since he only really plays comp games

but i also have a pretty high end b550, 32gb of 3600mhz cl30 ddr4 ram, and a ryzen 7 5800x, which i'd sell him all for 275€. Is the price fair? and if it is, would it still even be worth it? cause isnt the 7500x3d way better? it's WAYYY cooler and power efficient 100%, but isn't it also just way better in games? or is the price difference not worth the performance gain?
