B580 Constant Microstutters

Since I built my PC 2 weeks ago I’ve been having constant microstutters in any game I play. Tuning graphics settings helps a bit but it’s still there no matter what I’ve tried. I’m generally trying to play at 1440p mid settings. I’ll have a decent 70-90 sometimes 100 fps frame rate but when I turn my mouse to look around there’s a clear visual stutter. Same if I’m running around a busy city. I upgraded my CPU last night and that helped a bit but the problem is still there. Any other B580 users run into this and find a fix? All advice is appreciated. When I’ve posted about this in other subs all I get is I bought a “shitty intel GPU””

Yes rebar is enabled, yes I’ve got ram on highest mhz, yes I’ve downloaded the most recent GPU drivers, yes my motherboard is on most recent bios, v-sync is off on all games and instead I use freesync on my monitor.

Games I’ve tried;
- Arma Reforger
- DayZ
- Palworld
- PUBG

BUILD SPECS;
- MSI MAG Tomahawk B550 Max Wifi
- Ryzen 7 5800x3D
- Arc B580
- Corsair Vengeance 32 GB DDR4 @ 3200 mhz
- Corsair RMx 750w

edit;

I forgot to list my SSD

- Bestoss GM328 M.2 PCIe 3.0 nvme (512 gb)

Is the 5800x3D worth it for me?

I’m trying my hardest to snag one today but I’m not sure it’s even worth it for my situation.

Setup is;

MSI 550 Tomahawk

32 gb Corsair vengeance DDR4

Ryzen 7 3700x

Intel Arc B580

Playing at 1440p low - mid settings

Drivers are updated, rebar is enabled , shader caching is enabled and expo is enabled

I just built my PC on Saturday and have tried DayZ , Arma Reforger & Palworld and I’m stuttering and getting major FPS drops on all of them even at low - mid settings. I’ve done a bit of research and it says my issue is most likely the 3700x causing a bottleneck. My question is should I keep trying to snag a 5800x3D or would I benefit greatly from just popping a 5500x3D in and avoiding the headache? My goal is consistent FPS at 1440p mid - high settings. I plan on upgrading to an AM5 build in roughly a years time I just can’t stand the constant stuttering and FPS drops with my current build. If I could save myself the stress of trying to get the 5800x3D and also save $150 I’d love to just get the 5500x3D, I’m just not sure if it will solve my problem. Any advice?
