Do I need to store it in the fridge?

Yellow, quick question. Does anyone know if this needs to be kept in the fridge?

I mean, it's has NAD among other ingredients and I'm not sure if they are temperature fragile. ✌️

Botox to reduce size of turbinates

Quick question. Has anyone tried Botox as a treatment for swollen turbinates.

I read that it can help with allergic and non allergic rhinitis, so I wonder if anyone has tried it

How long before one can see improvement

How long before you guys started to feel better after iron infusions?

Hi. I got labs done last Monday and my results showed ferritin of 2 , hemoglobin 8.5, iron total 25

To say that I feel like a mop rag that was used and put away wet, It's an understatement.

I got my first ever iron infusion of venofer 200 last Tuesday, along with a shot of Vit D since I'm deficient there, as well as low calcium.

It feels like the iron infusion made me more tired than I already was, so I'm wondering, how long before you guys started to feel better?

Iron infusion clinics in the valley

Hello ✌️I need recommendations. Anyone has any experience or know of clinics that perform iron infusions.

To say I feel like trash is an understatement, so please, if anyone reading this has any knowledge or suggestions, specially of places that do self pay (don't have insurance) let me know. Thank you

I need a hysterectomy

I need a hysterectomy and I don't have insurance.

For those who had to deal with this, how did you manage? Is there a way to get this surgery on the affordable side, without leaving the U.S?

For context, I have struggled with heavy periods and anemia for several years.

All the iron and pain killers have destroyed my stomach. It has caused so many other issues in my body, in a horrible cascading effect.

I can fix all of it just by getting rid of my uterus.

I was thinking of waiting till next year but the insurance that will be available to me, is not great.

I fear they may just deny it anyway and since, according to my calculations, I will end up paying around $15000 between premiums and copays, etc, maybe I can just find alternatives that will give me what I need now, vs next year.

Any help will be appreciated.
