Computer from 2019 lags when games are over "medium" graphics

Hi! First off, my computer skills is 0. So i'm hoping you guys can help me out.

I'm having issues with my computer from 2019. Since i bought it, my computer can't handle games at relatively "good" graphics. Is it normal that these specs can't handle for example WoW retail and Guild Wars 2 with decent graphics? What can be the issue?

Barking and scared

Hello,

The past year my dog has started to become scared and barking at some people (mostly men) and she seems scared. The thing is that it is not consistent, and it can be someone she met several times before.

Does anyone have the same experience, or know something I can do to improve this behavior?
