acnes because of milk

Hey I'm having acnes because of consuming milk and I avoided milk completely for a very long and there is no acnes but it's affecting my hair severely, I'm facing hairfall severely and yeah I'm in alternatives like curd but It doesn't support my hair when I drink milk for few days I got controlled my hair fall. You know i can't drink milk because of my face. I'm getting hair fall and thinning all over my head. Is there any solution to drink milk without getting breakouts ?
