So I did my open left varicocelectomy a year ago but since then I had episodes of heaviness so I did an ultrasound 4 months post surgery and it was all good then I felt that I’m better but the heaviness returned again so I did another ultrasound and it was good again and I went to a doctor and he told me that the surgery is successful and all good and the heaviness might be just a congestion, tbh I felt relief again but two months later which is now the heaviness returned again and Idk what is that. Has anyone experienced the same feeling?
